Die baugenossenschaftliche Wohnsiedlung in der Otto-Richter-Straße in Magdeburg-Sudenburg wurde von 1904 bis 1916 nach den Grundsätzen des Neuen Bauens gebaut. Der südliche Teil der Straße wurde durch seine spektakuläre Farbgebung berühmt. Im nördlichen Abschnitt, der zu Beginn der 2000er Jahre saniert wurde, ist die Farbgestaltung eher konventionell. - The cooperative housing estate in Otto-Richter-Street in Magdeburg-Sudenburg was built from 1904 to 1916 according to the principles of Neues Bauen. The southern section of the street became famous for its spectacular colour scheme.
