Die Stadt Essen erhaelt derzeit 27 neue Niederflur-Strassenbahnen vom Typ Bombardier FLEXITY. Nach der Lieferung von zwei Vorserienfahrzeugen im vergangenen Jahr werden nun die Serienfahrzeuge ausgeliefert. Am 9. September 2014 konnte der 7. Zug bei der Ueberfuehrung nach Essen auf der Autobahn bei Koeckern (Sachsen-Anhalt) angetroffen werden. In Essen wird er die Nummer "1607" erhalten. --- Bei Verwendung des Fotos ausserhalb journalistischer Zwecke bitte Ruecksprache mit dem Autor halten.
